Intent. Having intent with every pitch you throw in your bullpens is one of the most important things you can do to help build yourself up for season. Being specific on where you want to start your pitch and where you want it to end are helpful cues when working on pitch location. Game playing different counts and batters helps give you that “in game mode” mindset. Physically and mentally practice like you’re competing.
