Together into the Known and Unknown. #tbt to a few weeks ago, when this happy couple got engaged at the beach. Although I enjoy so many of the photos from that day (the proposal, the surprise, the love, the joy, the happy tears, and the random stranger who lowered down a bottle of champagne from the cabins on the pier next to where the proposal happened), I like the way this one signifies what happens after the excitement of the proposal and the wedding day. Heading into the long walk of life together, some life already lived together behind them, the subtle but constant change signified by the ocean waves, hills to climb ahead, and being together in your own world while also being part of the world around you (you can’t see other people in this photo, but the beach was busy that day).
