1️⃣ Deadlift - we like the deadlift because it’s a compound exercise that uses ALOT of muscle groups
2️⃣ Landmine Press - we like the landmine press because it’s a much more shoulder friendly option to train your upper body
3️⃣ DB 1 Arm Row - your lats are one of your biggest muscles in the body. Bigger muscles mean more calories burned
4️⃣ Walking Lunges - any variation of lunge will do. A great way to challenge your legs and increase your heart rate.
5️⃣ High Intensity Cardio - finish off your workout with a quick high intensity cardio set to keep your body burning calories well after your session is over.
