For me, the movie represented transformation of course, more importantly adaptation, and furthermore transcendence. Having the ability and now awareness to adapt and transform in ways that strengthen and empower you to overcome. Some used to call it beast mode, locking in, that moment between stimulus and response, the decision of right or flight.. it’s a mindset and action that is easier said than done at times, though with time and place we are all capable.
