Bitty Baby Pumpkin Cakes 🎃✨🧡🍂 with KitKat stems and little icing leaves! These cakes are so moist and delicious they don’t even need the icing if you’re not a fan of icing! The pumpkin molds I used are silicone (google “silicone pumpkin mold”, but you can use any pumpkin shaped mold you’d like. 1½ cups your favorite oil or melted butter. 5 eggs 1 16-ounce can pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon ginger ⅛ teaspoon ground clove 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 three-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix Preheat oven to 350°. Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin in a mixing bowl and beat well. Add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix till blended. Stir in pudding mix. Pour into pumpkin shaped pans.
