🦅🤔 The hips, pelvis, and lumbar spine can often tilt forward in Eagle pose, which brings your pelvis into an anterior tilt. This motion releases the abdominal wall and creates a sway that disrupts the neutral alignment of your spine. Avoid this! Instead, maintain a neutral pelvic tilt while sitting in Eagle pose. This adjustment will reduce the need to lift your abdomen and chest. 💯🔥 In Eagle pose, there should be no backward bending. When the pelvis tilts forward to lift the chest, it can lead to an excessive arch in the lower back. This posture is intended to promote neutral skeletal alignment and open the joints. So, if you're experiencing difficulties with this aspect of the pose, give this a try and feel free to ask your questions in the comments below. ☀️🪷 Join me online for daily live-stream yoga classes!
