💪🏽🔥 For those who love the standing pose, here’s how to do it without using your hands!
🤔🌟 First, learn to hinge from the hips while maintaining balance on the opposite leg in half lotus. Hinge from the hips as far as your hamstrings allow, then bend the knee until the calf muscles are fully extended and the heel is ready to lift. From here, lift the heel through the arches, coming up onto your toes.
😀🔥Hold the position with your hamstrings and calf muscles hovering above the floor. Give it a try!
