Snack smarter, not harder. 💙 These homemade blueberry gummies (starring fresh consalofamilyfarms blueberries) are chewy, naturally sweet, and totally kid-approved. Packed with antioxidants + brain-boosting nutrients, they’re the back-to-school snack parents and kids can agree on. 🫐✏️ 1 cup blueberries 1 cup almond milk ~¼ cup 24g gelatin 1 tbsp lemon juice 🫐Blend the blueberries, almond milk, and lemon juice until smooth. 🫐Pour the mixture into a saucepan and warm over low heat. 🫐Slowly whisk in the gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved. This takes about 5 minutes. Avoid boiling. 🫐Pour into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish. 🫐Chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until firm. 🫐Remove from molds or cut into bite-size squares.
