J.J. McCarthy’s NFL debut is a homecoming. 🏈⁣ ⁣ The Vikings QB will take the field tonight at Soldier Field — just 15 miles from where he grew up in La Grange Park, Ill. 🏡⁣ ⁣ From 6 a.m. open gyms in sixth grade to a state title at Nazareth Academy, McCarthy’s work ethic has always set him apart. 💪⁣ ⁣ After a stellar run at Michigan and a rookie year lost to injury, he finally gets his shot... with Justin Jefferson as his top target. 🔥⁣ ⁣ Tonight, he faces a Bears crowd full of family, friends…and lifelong Chicago fans who might be torn about who to cheer for. 👀 #thegist⁣ ⁣ #nfl #football #menssports #meme #vikings #bears #mccarthy #jjmccarthy #chicago
