My postpartum “must do” list! ✍️
1. Bathroom caddy or cart 🛁
Knowing when I got home from the hospital that I had everything organized for my recovery was such an amazing gift to myself! I felt prepared to heal and had the tools to help me do so. It doesn’t have to be a big huge cart, I had a small caddy that worked perfectly fine too
2.MEAL PREP, MEAL PREP, MEAL PREP!!! 🥩
If nothing else, do this!!!! Knowing we had meals prepped and ready to go in our freezer was a game changer! One less thing to worry about while sleep deprived and learning how to take care of our new baby and ourselves.
3.Baby carrier 🙂↕️
Baby is used to lots of motion for those 9 months in utero! That’s why rocking, swaying, and even walking while baby wearing can be so peaceful for your newborn. Our son loved his carrier so much, he was so snuggly and man did I get my 10k steps in.
4. Fresh air and sunlight for 15 minutes ☀️
Just 15 minutes of sunlight first thing in the morning can be deeply healing in po...
