Colorado Football secured its first win of the 2025 season on Saturday at Folsom Field, defeating Delaware 31-7 behind a breakout performance from third-string quarterback Ryan Staub. Staub entered the game with 46 seconds left in the first half and immediately sparked the Buffs’ offense, tossing two touchdown passes in less than two minutes of game time to give CU full control. Staub found DeKalon Taylor for a 20-yard touchdown just before halftime, then connected with Sincere Brown on a 71-yard strike to open the second half—the second-longest passing touchdown of the Coach Prime era.
