The Netherlands must stop delivering parts for the F-35 combat aircraft used by Israel in Gaza after a Dutch court upheld an appeal by human rights organizations.
Three human rights organisations brought a civil suit against the Netherlands in December, arguing authorities needed to reevaluate the export licence in light of Israeli military action in the Gaza Strip.
"It is undeniable that there is a clear risk the exported F-35 parts are used in serious violations of international humanitarian law," Judge Bas Boele said in reading out the ruling.
The exports must cease within seven days.
The multibillion dollar fighter jet program involves dozens of partner nations producing key components for the multi-role plane.
The Dutch court is the first to bar the transfer of domestically made or stored spare parts to Israel after the International Court of Justice last month ordered Israel to take action to prevent acts of genocide.
