A stroll through New York City’s blintz district reveals a range of takes on this traditional Eastern European dish of tender crêpes wrapped around sweetened farmer’s cheese, which can be breakfast or dessert. For our version you can make at home, we use ricotta cheese for the base of our filling and employ a traditional skillet, turning out larger crêpes that were easier to fill and fold.
