Today, on #PatriotDay, we remember the tragedy of September 11, 2001. Nearly 3,000 innocent lives were taken in an instant of unimaginable evil. But just as the smoke still hung over New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania, something greater rose the next day… the courage and resolve of the American people! September 12 was a day when neighbors lined up to give blood, first responders worked around the clock without hesitation, and communities stood shoulder to shoulder in grief and determination. It was a day when our nation sent a message: that even when struck, we will not be divided. Today, we honor those we lost, the heroes who rushed in, and the resilience of a nation that chose unity over hate. America remembers and will never forget!
