Vida en Rosa margarita (Life in Pink)—which is a play on the phrase for seeing things through rose-colored glasses in Spanish, to match the theme of the event. This margarita is peach/rose-colored and made with pineapple, chile de árbol, and guava. We throw in some edible white silver glitter and use Tajín on the rim and on top. The garnish we use is a dried chile de árbol and either fresh or dried pineapple or guava. This cocktail includes tequila blanco (we use Hornitos) and Triple Sec or Cointreau.
