Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Galvin-Dobson families. Melissa Ann Galvin-Dobson danced into Heaven on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the age of 34, after months of treatment in a second battle with breast cancer. The Stockton native, well known in the community as a popular former 49ers cheerleader, the owner of a local dance studio and former Pacific Tiger Dance coach. Melissa is survived by her husband, Patrick Dobson, children Brady (8) and Stella (4), father Tom Galvin, and sister Leann Galvin Thompson. Melissa has touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. #TeamMelissa We will be holding a collection at tomorrow’s Pacific Plays Pink Men’s Basketball game. All donations will go towards the Team Melissa fund. A GoFundMe page has also been set-up to help Melissa's family heal from their devastating loss and help to erase all of the medical expenses from her battle.
