Italians named it that because from afar, the mountains that make up the landscape look black - Montenegro is the second tallest country in the world. The average height of women is 5’7 and the average height of men is 6’2 *sips tea* - Though it is not a part of the European Union, the euro is the official currency which makes travel here a bit easier - It, along with five other countries in Eastern Europe, formerly comprised Yugoslavia.
