I haven’t raised my egg prices in over 4 years because I priced them right from the start. $6.50 with a returned carton for pasture-raised, organically fed, hand-picked eggs—never more than 2 days old when you get them. Meanwhile, grocery store eggs? On average, they’re already 45 days old by the time they hit shelves. Farmers get paid pennies after overhead and labor, but we do it because we CARE—about our animals, our land, and feeding our people the right way. Keep supporting local farmers even after the egg shortage.
