As Hispanic Heritage Month begins, we’re excited to celebrate the incredible contributions the Hispanic and Latinx communities have brought to the world of dance and to our own studios. All month long, our students, staff, and year-round faculty will explore styles, stories, and traditions that reflect these rich cultural histories. We’ll share quotes from the artistic and administrative voices across our programs, mic’d up moments from faculty, and highlights that show how these cultural influences come alive in our studios. Our students are discovering how this heritage is one of the many influences that shape the movement they study, the works they perform, and the legacy they carry forward here at Joffrey Ballet School.
