America's Test Kitchen stands in solidarity with those protesting the systemic racism that led to the deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and so many others. We say their names. We may be in the business of developing recipes, reviewing kitchen equipment, and producing cookbooks, but we do so in the hopes that it brings people, all people, together in the kitchen and around the table. We also want to recognize that in our 26 years as a company, we have fallen short in highlighting diverse voices and we are striving everyday to improve upon this. As we pledge to practice antiracism, we have a lot of work to do, work that will never be finished, and we're listening.
