Happy Sunday, meal preppers! This week’s meal plan has mostly classic recipes that I’ve made dozens of times, but it also has a newcomer that I absolutely love – High Protein Roasted Red Pepper Pasta with 39 grams of protein per serving! This pasta has already helped fuel so many house projects for me, including totally redoing my front door – paint, weather stripping, new storm door, the works. Hopefully it fuels all your “fun” activities too – enjoy!
