As CHS Golf comes off an outstanding performance at a high-level event and seeks to continue their undefeated season, here’s a special look at those pursuing excellence every day behind the Blue Doors and for coach Joe Mitchell. The defending Monsignor Martin Athletic Association regular season champion Crusaders improved to 6-0 with wins over St. Joe’s and St. Mary’s Tuesday on the CHS home course, Cherry Hill Club in Fort Erie, Ontario. CHS this past weekend finished second in the prestigious Patrick Kloecker Invitational, hosted by Pennsylvania power Cathedral Prep at the Country Club of Meadville. CHS Golf won the tournament two years ago and finished sixth last year. Joey Bueme ’27 was the No. 2 individual with a five-under two-round score of 139 on the par 72 layout. Connor Jackson ’26 was fifth at 145. Also on the second-place team were Halim Habib ’26, Matt Kreuzer ’26 and Evan Mitskovsky ’26.
