Just before the start of the school year, members of the Class of 2026 attended our Senior Companions Retreat in Midland, Ontario, Canada, held at the site of the North American Martyrs Shrine.
The group prayed and celebrated Mass at the site of the saints' martyrdom, visited their burial site and also celebrated Mass at the altar of St. Pope John Paul II’s visit 40 years ago.
The students spent the three-day, two-night retreat without any phones or technology.
The retreatants were: Zack Benczkowski, Luke Boryszak, Aidan Devans, Elliott DeRose, Nazariy Drofych, Gianni Latella, Broderick Murray, Justin Ostempowski, Anthony Pepe, Charles Pollock, Michael Riad, Nicholas Scime, Atticus Young.
