currently in Japan for Nike’s #ThinkTank and it’s been incredible. at the Games we’re all locked in, so chances to connect with Paralympians, retired athletes, and coaches are rare. here we get to swap stories, learn about each other’s sports, and even dive into local culture (I tried indigo dyeing!). we also get to share real feedback (on sustainability, girls in sports, gender equality, product, whatever it is that’s important to us) and Nike listens. next time we meet, we see how those ideas show up in their work. honored to be part of shaping what’s next. thank you for an amazing trip nikewomen 🫶🏽
