Of course it’s easy to write a post that neatly says “I used to do this, but now I do this”. But what you don’t see in a single caption are the years of trial, error, tears, realizations, and setbacks it took (and still takes) to create lasting change.
Yoga has always been my gateway. Moving the body is often easier than shifting deep emotions or old patterns. And when you feel better physically, you spark momentum to keep going. That momentum spills into every part of life.
