I had to take a video! I was so excited to speak for the National Recreation and Park Association this week! These are our unsung heroes keeping community and city parks, programming and outdoor spaces alive! Which is so important for getting kids, teenagers and people of all ages outside , healthy and connecting with nature, wellbeing and community. I often get asked how many people I have spoke in front of at once and the answer is kind of crazy 40,000!! So 4 times this size! There is nothing like the energy from a big crowd!
