eeeep definitely my favorite run of this training block so far
I finished feeling so happy, strong, and proud and a few things that made it click were:
• breaking the miles into smaller blocks instead of staring down the whole distance
• actually warming up + staying on top of fueling early
• making myself smile when it got hard (seriously changes your mindset + form)
• remembering I don’t have to do this… I get to, and I choose to.
NYC is creeping closer, and runs like this make me so excited for that start line. I was honestly getting so nervous and started to doubt my training, but little wins like this make me feel so much better. We still have a ways to go but we’re getting there!
