In Kenyađ°đȘ, a Japanese road repair technology called Do-Nou is improving rural connectivity while enabling its citizensâespecially youth and womenâto launch small and medium enterprises and participate in local development. The initiative has trained 1,250 community members, of which 595 are women, and formed over 50 micro and small enterprises. This project is a clear example of how Japanese support and World Bank expertise can complement each otherâ creating sustainable, locally-driven solutions that leave a lasting impact. Learn more:
