Thank you murrayhidary and mindtravelmusic for an incredible evening at Jones Beach. It was so cool to experience one of our favorite places in a completely different way. For those of you who don’t know about MindTravel Music, Brooklyn born Murray and his team bring a piano with a sound system connected via headphones all over the world for people to experience his piano playing in a completely personal way. If you take the headphones off it’s complete silence. If you put them back on you’re whisked away to peace. He asked us to focus on the concept of freedom and then played beautiful music continuously for 90 minutes. He encouraged walking around to look at the waves, experience the sand, and to simply do whatever your body wants. It was really, really cool. They’re heading to California next so grab your tickets!
