Just an appreciation post to geneva12gray Here are a few pictures from this past week at Pan Ams. Geneva was a coach, training partner and my sister/friend. She balanced getting all my workouts and recovery and meals in while she kept up with her work remotely. She was flexible with her many outfits changes and switched between warm up partner to coach sweaty and seamlessly. She is recovering from an ankle injury and was durable enough to take so many hits from me. I threw her 40x one of the days. We loaded up on our vitamin D while we were there. Learned a bit at the tournament and practiced the routine and getting it dialed in for the right moments. Thanks for sitting in my corner, being my ball warm up person and wrestling partner and coach.
