I entered the workforce, clocking in and out, feeling stuck in a cycle that wasn’t mine. I was trading time for money, passion for security. It wasn’t enough. Then I picked up a camera. What started as a simple hobby turned into something I couldn’t ignore. Storytelling, creating, bringing ideas to life, it gave me purpose. But passion alone doesn’t pay the bills. So I took a risk. I started my own creative agency, with no roadmap, no backup plan, just belief and a willingness to fail forward. And fail, I did. Mistakes, setbacks, doubt.
