Although there are a number of non-dairy and soy-free yogurts sold in stores, many of them contain additives and preservatives. Our challenge was to create a
#paleofriendly recipe that a boasted the familiar thick and creamy consistency of regular yogurt. We tested a handful of thickeners in the kitchen and landed on using agar-agar powder and probiotic capsules. Mix in some crunchy nuts, seeds, and fruit—and you've got yourself a hearty, filling—and most of all—healthy, breakfast.
