When crisis strikes, what do feminist leaders do? Often, they play many roles: from frontline responders to unpaid caregivers and community mobilizers, constantly adapting their strategies to respond to the current crisis. For ten years, we have stood with grassroot leaders as they rebuild communities and fight the injustices at the root of crises. Our grantee partners are uniquely positioned to lead crisis response because of their long-term relationships with local communities and ability to get resources to those who are often overlooked by traditional humanitarian efforts.
