This past February in Guatemala, we facilitated an unforgettable week of learning, growth, and sisterhood at the Ellas al Frente convening — our core program in Latin America. Together with our partner maia_impact, we brought together 6 incredible women-led organizations from Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras for a powerful week of workshops, storytelling, SRHR education, and girl-centered innovation. We even welcomed 20 additional organizations and 37 girls for a full-day summit—and funders joined in, too! Ellas al Frente isn’t just a program.
