Today, October 11 is International Day of the Girl. Girls are leading with innovation, flexibility, and solutions! They are at the frontlines of advancing gender, racial, and social justice. But they aren’t getting the support they deserve. Through our Adolescent Girls Advisory Council young people—particularly adolescent girls—are taking decision-making power to #grantlikeagirl and fund their own priorities on their own terms. They are demanding a more just and equitable world. Today, and everyday, we celebrate the girls and young women making strides for gender justice.
