Adolescent girls are the leaders of today, and we believe in girls driving strategic decisions, having unrestricted access to resources, and holding key spaces for girls and youth. This month we celebrate one year of girl leadership with the 2023, Adolescent Girls Advisory Council cohort, a council made up of 12 girls from 12 different countries around the globe, driving key strategic decisions across our organization — including how to redistribute funds and other resources. The AGAC is truly #GirlsBreakingBarriers in feminist movements and gender justice.
