In a world where inclusion is not just a goal, but a necessity, our recent Girls First Network Convening for Latin America shone a spotlight on the inspiring work being done to include girls in all aspects of life. Last month, we gathered virtually to share, learn, and inspire one another about the significance of integrating girls into programs, especially those who are often overlooked. We were honored to highlight the remarkable Holy Menzoda Chavajay from Santiago Atitlán, Guatemala, who is leading an extraordinary initiative for girls with disabilities through ADISA (Asociación de Padres y Amigos de Personas con Discapacidad de Santiago Atitlán). After meeting at our Ellas al Frente Summit in February, we were moved by Holy's dedication and insights as a psychologist working closely with this incredible community.
