“The Skeleton House” has become a must-see attraction in New Orleans, drawing thousands of visitors each year. For two straight weeks, Louellen Berger goes into full creative mode — repairing, repainting, and building her iconic, elaborately costumed skeletons that will soon decorate her front lawn.
