📚 AUTHOR VISIT RECAP 📚 This morning, acclaimed authors Ruta Sepetys and Steve Sheinkin visited our seventh and eigth graders to discuss their novel, "The Bletchley Riddle," in conjuction with our Middle School Community Read program, designed to connect literature with curriculum and build community through shared reading experiences. During the visit, our guest authors shared their research process for their WWII codebreaking story, providing historical context behind the novel, answered questions, discussed writing techniques and character development, and finally signed copies of their work for our inquisitive Lions.
