Jay’s Training Grounds had the privilege of hosting Cal Berkeley’s Womens Basketball team for a night of Muay Thai action. These girls traded in their basketball 🏀 for a pair of gloves 🥊 & learned the art of Muay Thai. What can i say, these ladies are some HARD ATHLETES! They do it all. This night was filled with so many great moments, laughs, sweat, & hard work. I’m honored to have been able to step in front of these ladies & show them the art that I have a passion for in the same way that they have a passion for their sport.
