Gregory Bovino, a border patrol commander who led immigration efforts in Los Angeles over the summer, was spotted on site after a chaotic scene between protesters and guards outside an immigration facility in suburban Broadview this morning.⁠ ⁠ NBC Chicago photographer George Mycyk captured Bovino standing in front of the facility, flanked by uniformed guards, many of whom had their faces covered or were wearing gas masks.
