II 5K race at the Queensbury Pre-state Invitational at the home of this season's NYSPHSAA championships. He finished the race in a time of 15:44.2.. ... Delgado won the CHSAA early season invitational at Van Cortlandt Park the previous week. He finished the race in a time of 12:48.4 in a 2.5 mile course outdoing any Section 1 runner from the previous year. ... Earlier this season, Delgado was the number one ranked runner in the state by TullyRunners.com. ... He was sixth at last year's cross country state meet. ... Delgado holds the school record at every cross country course the Sailors compete at as well as the Indoor and Spring track records in the 1,600m and 3,200m runs. ...
