Cheers to the champions of Project Brew: Medieval Faire! 🍻 A round of applause to Yuxuan Xie for being crowned king of the tap with his Osmanthus Oolong Serenade 🥇. The People's Choice Award went to Cooper Kelly’s “Baby Dino,” which also claimed second place with its historic German flair 🥈. But it wasn’t just about the brews—our talented students took on the challenge of planning and executing every detail of the festival, from marketing and social media to creating promotional materials. This hands-on experience gave them a real taste of the industry they’re about to enter. Project Brew is held every semester during the second-last week of the term. Beers from each event are sold in cans for a limited time at the Wine Visitor Education Centre until the inventory runs out, giving you the chance to sample this term’s winning brew and the other student creations.
