Newborn puppies saved from drainage pipe 💔 We received an alert about a mama dog and her newborn puppies sheltering beneath a deck. Upon arrival, we found out that male dogs were preying on puppies due to starvation 💔 At night, driven by her motherly instincts, she moved her fragile pups to what she thought was safety in a drainage pipe. Most of the pups were grouped together, but then the drain narrowed, and a few of the puppies were in a separate, incredibly tight space. Every movement was a challenge; I could feel my body scraping against the top as I inched down with Brady holding my feet. With all the massive dents in it, I could hardly move! 😔 We knew we weren’t leaving until we got every single puppy, especially with the rain coming the drain could’ve filled with water & those few pups that were stuck would’ve not survived!
