These were spec suites that we built for Westside at 5299 DTC Blvd. Greenwood Village CO 80111. 4 out of 5 have been leased and were leased prior to construction being complete. There have been other spec suites built in the area. TKM's spec suites tend to lease much faster as we have a much higher quality finish that lessors tend to notice right away on a walk. Suite 1350 was a build-to-suite for a wealth management company.
