Gold Award Girl Scout Graciella's project, called Los Puentes Lingüísticos: Language Bridges, was designed to build connections. Graciella noticed a cultural disconnect in her school, where Spanish classes focused more on distant European Hispanic cultures rather than the vibrant, local Hispanic culture in her own hometown.
