#Throwback the the WFP2 Final event in Mesa. I love a good sprint chipper. You had to play it cool on this one through the first 2 movements then you could try to really push in the back half with whatever you had left. Let me tell you that last barbell did not feel sweet 😮‍💨. Give a version of this a shot if you’re looking for a fun workout. Scale the muscle ups so you can do it in 2-3 sets and pick a weight that you could power at least to start. Have fun!
