No parent should have to choose between diapers or dinner. Right now in the U.S. 1 in 2 families with young children can't afford enough diapers to keep their babies clean, dry, and healthy. And, 1 in 4 working parents have missed work or school because they didn't have the diapers required for childcare. Diaper need is a crisis! And it's linked to increased maternal depression, missed work, and poor health outcomes for babies. At the Massachusetts State House, we lifted up the real challenges moms and families face when they can't afford enough diapers for their babies.
