A shooting investigation is underway after a suspect fired shots from their car toward a victim who was struck while standing on a sidewalk near Rowan University in Glassboro, according to an email sent to students. The email said the shooting happened outside the university's Holly Pointe Commons residential building just before 2 a.m. on Sunday.
