The Bucks County SPCA is offering a $2,500 reward for any information that could lead to an arrest after a feral cat was shot and killed in Falls Township, Pennsylvania. The cat, named Mikey, was part of a colony in the B section of the Pennwood Crossing Mobile Home Park. Those who helped take care of the colony said Mikey was friendly. The Bucks County SPCA said Mikey was found bleeding on Sept. 11.
